Martyn thanks his supporters

I would like to thanks the 3242 people who voted for me in the general election last Thursday. I was pleased to increase the Conservative vote in West Dunbartonshire constituency.

I would also like to thank my fellow candidates for a clean campaign, and for making standing for Parliament such an enjoyable experience.

I wish our new MP well in her new career, and hope that she will be successful in resolving at least some of the many social and economic problems that face West Dunbartonshire.
