Local Conservative Candidate meets Clarke

Local Conservative Westminster candidate, Martyn McIntyre, met with political heavyweight Kenneth Clarke in Manchester on his recent visit to the Conservative Party conference.

Martyn said, “It was a great honour to meet with a politician of such substance. Ken was the Chancellor that pulled Britain out of the last recession and he is respected across the political spectrum. The Conservatives are fortunate to have him back in front line politics.
